Today I am sharing my bad experience on this hotel named "HOTEL RIVER VIEW ". which is situated in manali . recently I went manali and stay there for 2 days but my experience was so bad . I already book this hotel and they promise to send cab but they did not send . however I reach hotel then they say me that they give my room to other person so they say me to wait 2 hours . I am alredy tired I wait in there cafe but the service was not good they did not have a cup of tea that time . when I went my room they did not change bed sheet and toilet, really very bad service . overall I am not happy with this hotel .
