Today I am sharing my bad experience on this hotel named "MAHAL KHANDELA". which was situated in jaipur. I booked this hotel through trivago where I pay 4000 for 3 day stay . but when I reach there I find that this hotel is not same as show in picture.now I ask for my room key they say that there is cleaning service in rooms and say me to wait in cafeteria . I order for coffee and snaks but they serve me cold coffee and they did not have snaks that time really very bad service and staff . now I went in my room but I see that blanket and bed sheet was not replaced it was so dirty .i stay there for 2 days but my experience was very bad.
