Today I am sharing my bad experience on this hotel named "KOTA ROYAL "which is situated in kota. I went kota and stay 2 days and one night there, but I face very bad experience . first that there is no lift so I go through stairs I saw that the hotel is not clean I saw lot of garbage inside hotel lobby. they allot me room no 101 but there is no proper lighting two LED buld but low voltage the fan only running at one or 5.
When I use the toilet I find the flash is not working. and the biggest problem is no network inside room. they not provide breakfast and lunch so I have to go outside for food. Overall this place is not good for stay
