I went to this hotel for a purpose of meeting , since my meeting was held in this hotel so I thought to check in the same hotel for my convenience, but I was shocked to see such a bad guest service in this hotel with big infrastructure.
The room quality is overall good and can't be said bad but the amount charged is high in accordance to the room quality . The room was well painted with eye soothing colour .
The guest service was not se per the expectation and the amount they charge as the service tax, without providing any service, the service was some kind of cheap service which is provided in a common hotel. The staff were attending the room after long time and the excuse was made that there is lack of staff.
The food was good but not presented hot, it was arrived cold and this was really dissatisfying to me.
The ambience was cool but lacked in the cleanliness the bedsheets was changed but was having some kind of stains in ir and the wash basin was having spots of chewing tobacco and beetle.
This place is not a good value of money because we can get some better option at the same price range.
