As we decided to have a tour at Chennai. So I was searching for various hotels on internet. I had booked this hotel online as it seems to be pretty good and of high standard. When we entered the hotel, I was shocked to see the infrastructure of the hotel. Also on the website it was mentioned that they have swimming pool and garden but here it didn't have any such things. Also the hotel rooms were not in good condition. We had complained about this to the manager and asked for refund. So the manager just shouted at us and told that the refund will not be given. So we had to stay here forcibly. Also the food they served was not good. The staff working here are not friendly and they talked rudely. Whole tour to Chennai was spoiled because of this. I suggest not to visit this hotel as it of very low standards.
