I have been customer Hostgator since 2016 , that time it used to be saviour but now it has turned to monster . Initially it used to provide quality services in less cost but now every part of it sucks , whether it's service or support . Neverthless , I can't go ahead with anymore . Shared hosting provided by it lacks many features like less number of PHP script can executed at a time , plus SQL fails to respond most of the time .
