I'd purchased both Linux and Windows hosting in Hostgator, for some time being they gave OK level support and I've owned the server around more than 2Year. Recently, I planned to purchase another Windows Server, for that I've planned to move my application to my current windows server to check the Performance, but I'd lot of technical difficulties and they helped for few problems and they don't clearly understand customer issue, they keep on responding with unhelpful response. Sushimtha & Rahul K, these both support guys responding without understanding customer issue.
