I ordered lingerie set from HOMESHOP18. I got delivery in 4 to 5 days. I saw that on TV and the product was looking good I called there and ordered but before placing the order I confirmed with executive that if the size was not okay will they take that order back she said yes we will and I ordered, but when I opened that packet the product was totally different the spaggetti was totally stained and bras totally unfit. All the items were totally different what they mentioned in TV. I called they again for complaint and the executive lodged it and said I need to give a letter to them with detailed mentioned about product and I will get my money back in my account but I got a call from them again after lodging a complaint and they said this cant be happen we cant return the money nor we can change the product. I asked them what about the complaint in which they mentioned that they will return money. They totally denied for that and only one word which they know.WE ARE SORRY.it was my hardened money I want that back I will not buy again any items from them and for all the customer who r thinking to buy anything from them pls think twice. DO NOT BUY ANY ITEM FROM THEM. THIS Homeshop18 is SUCKS.
