I have booked a mobile phone Spice mi-502 with your website frankly speaking you guys have given a pathetic services. First I got the damaged article which you replaced in almost 10 day and now I facing the issue with my mobile phone.
So I need the invoice I sent the mail on 2/05/14 and there is an auto generated mail and after 18 days I got the mail saying sorry sir there is some problem if your issue is not resolved, write back to us. What's going on? I think I have done a big mistake by shopping with you guys.
