Homeshop18 is the worst Indian online market whose refund process is poor. It gives low quality products. Customer service is also very bad. The order is never delivered on the given time. Is shows that the order will delivered in 3-4 days but they take 5-6 days. I purchased a projector which turned out to be bad. They give me a defective product. I often contact to the customer care for the replacement of the product, but it not has been replaced till now. I will never come back to homeshop18 for online shopping. In other terms they just trouble and want customer to forget.
