I bought a smartphone from the homeshop. When they promote their product then it looks as great but when the phone is in my hands then I feel it has some problems. the phone takes more time to charge but works less and another issue is its heating.
I complained on customer care after 3 days and ask for replace but they said that their replacing policy is for maximum two days . when I go on the service center then they keep phone and ask me take it later after two months they give me phone but the problem remains on it . so do not buy products on home shop. It is a very bad company as my experience.
