It is one of the worst shopping site I ever seen. My experience on home shop 18 is really bad that how they cheat people's. They show something but deliver something and there is no return of the product.Once I buy a Shert of red colour and they send me a Shirt of black colour and when I call to the customer support they ask there is no return of that item.
There are really bad customer service in this shopping site. There product quality is little bit OK but no good. There delivery time is 1 day late as they shown. There app and website is really good.
Through my experience I warn you about their customer service, there customer service is worst. Home shop 18 is not a good website to buy online you just try site like Naptol and other.
