Hello gentlemen this is my personal experience and opinion on hitachi air conditioner. My dad bought this Air conditioner three months ago. And I regret buying this AC
During the first week of use it worked fine the problem started after about 10 days. This one time I kept the AC temperature at 20°C. Since it was March it was considerably hot outside. So I kept the temperature at 20°c the air conditioner which I had before provided enough cooling at 20°c. I was not at all satisfied with the temperature and cooling rate.
The second thing was the remote after a month of usage the remote stopped responding I changed the batteries but it didn't work. I was unable to increase or decrease the temperature.
The third reason is the service provided by the Hitachi service centres after these issue I contacted hitachi services for the maintainance of my Airconditioner which was free for first month I called them 2 - 3 times but no one showed up for maintainance.
Conclusion: poor air cooling and filtration which was resolved after so much of trouble poor services and it fails to do its sole job which is provide a cool and clean air I do not recommend buying the Air conditioner.
