I have a 2 year old Hitachi Window AC (Quadricool). It wasn't cooling when I switched on this season. I logged a complaint on 27th April. Every day I was told that my call will be attended next day. They finally turned up on 4th May. They said the gas has leaked and they needed to take it to the service center. We were told they will come back next day after fixing it.
They didn't show up for many days and the call center tells next day every time. It is 18th today (good 2 weeks from when they picked up). I went to the service center today and was assured that it will be fitted today, it still didn't happen. I would not recommend Hitachi for any of its products to anybody.
