Last week I visited Udaipur and I got a deal from make my trip forthe Hotel Hiltop Palace udaipur.
When I reached the hotel. the location was very good. I liked it on the first look.
Room Quality: We were given very nice rooms. the rooms were very spacious with large bathrooms. it had the balcony from where I could see the lake. as well as the swimming pool of the hotel. Rooms were clean and properly arranged with a LCD tv, and a small freeze if you need to put some drinks to make chilled. with a well working AC.
I was a little disappointed with the guest services. as we had to call twice or more than that for any services.they seemed very unprofessional and did not care whether the guest are having all the facilities are not. Even there was no attendant at the swimming pool. The changing room at the swimming pool was also under maintenance and there was no other place to change. etc.
Food and Presentation: I had the chance to have a breakfast which was included in the room deal. and the breakfast was pretty good. with eggs, omlet, bread, coffe, juice. etc. which was quite a mouthful . Food was kept in proper containers and it was self service kind plus there was no rush and we could take the breakfast with very much ease.
Ambience: The ambience was upto the mark and one feels a class. the lobby was a very spacious to wait and chill out. also there is a garden area from where there is a nice view of lake and hills. nice place to take photo graphs. and have a good time pass. sit in the serene environment.
I will say that it was value for money as the location, ambience, facilities, the food all were good. but the biggest drawback was its services. which could have been more better.
