I had pigeon problems in my apartment. I have 3 balconies and a service area behind my kitchen.
I was just tired of the roosting problem created by the pigeon's and the mess & the stench it created in the house. Worst was when we got complaints from our neighbors living right below us.
SO we called in for Hicare Pest Control Services, I had engaged for cockroach control earlier and they had done a neat job.
The company sent 4-5 people. Out of which atleast one was below 16 years. This boy was blatantly jumping from one balcony to the other(yes from the balcony) completely oblivious of things that could happen to him if he missed a step.
Not just that, they actually broke / chipped off a sizable portion of my balcony wall all thanks to their netting.
Completely unprofessional & dangerous.
I kept INR 5k with me and asked the supervisor to fix the wall. He got a local laggard to fix it. It was a hopelessly shabby job. But I gave the the balance money anyway.
Believe me pigeon problem is much better that these jokers.
