On the basis of sms recd, i gave Rs6912 for termite control. 3 time appoinments not kept. 4th time, their people came but refused to touch furniture for carriying out work. I had tocancell conract. not getting refund for 40 days after many reminders.

On the basis of SMS received from HICARE & TELEPHONE CALL, I made online payment of Rs.6912/- on 28/7/2017 friday for 1 year Termite treatment of my 3bhk flat at kandivali west. Order confirmation received on 28/7 no.692328 vide email.
First appointment for service was fixed on 30/7/2017.No one turned up. I called up on monday 1/8, your people could not find my records on the basis of my telephone no.9820255951. After giving order no., I was talled that service dept will call up.No one called up.Once again I called up on 2/8 & talked to Pooja.She promised for service on 3/8 .NO one turned up. I called up on 3/8 & again I was promised service on 4/8. Service dept called up to confirm appointment & address. 2persons came for service & they said for carrying out service sofa, chairs etc will have to be slightly moved and that they will not do it. No other service provider earlier had taken such a stand. I talked to their service provider, who refused to do service unless we do furniture removal on our own. I said then I am cancelling contract and give me my money back.
I talked to Pooja who promised me refund of full amount within 10 days and email confirming refund in 24 hours.
I am yet to get email confirmation of refund. I am shocked that HICARE is working totally unprofessional way and harrassing customers.
IF I do not get refund within next 7 days, I will be filing a case with consumer court.
