Never ever go with this stupid hicare service.I have paid one time service through online and called them couple of times for appointment and they didn't come. hence I cancelled the service and asked for refund. It's been more than a month since I placed the order till now I didn't get the refund. still calling customer care and asking for refund.no proper response. they will tell u that if you pay the service through online u will get discount.in case if u cancel the service u need to struggle for the refund.
