I did the mistake of not reading the review on mouthshut before booking the one year AMC for cockroaches. I paid the money online as I was getting the discount online. I got tempted because of online discount and paid the money online but to my shock no one turned up to do the job on agreed date and time(My House is in Hennur Main Road Bangalore area). We called customer care 4, 5 times and each time they said our agent will call you back but no once called. Now I am struggling to get the money back. So please be aware of this company. Don't go with them. Please get it done by local guys.
