The worst service ever received. Totally very poor customer service you should have patience and lot of time to continuously follow up with your call center for the job to be done and after that, we see that the promises made are all bogus. My sincere request to all my fellow countrymen not to use Hicare services at all.
I have taken AMC for pest control and wondering how to manage a year. For every service repeatedly we have to follow up repeated calls on above that we ask them to come on specific time but the technician will come at his own sweet time.
