We had recently taken cockroach pest control services from Hicare. But 10% cockroachs are gone. Then I requested for one more service within warranty period. but Hicare bangalore team is not sending any resource to provide one more service. I called minmum 25 times. everytime they are tellling different dates and different times. but no one is turned up by agreeing date or time. It's pathetic service. I don't suggest Hicare service guys for any service. once they receive money from you, then you forgot rest.first time they visit your home to do some work and collect the money. but it is not effective as well service is really pathetic from Hicare team.
