I got car cleaned through HiCare, order No, 702456
HiCare persons came two and a half hour late - at 12:30 pm instead of 10:00 am. This delay threw my whole program of Sunday off! I was thoroughly disappointed.
HiCare persons informed me at the last moment that they cannot bring generator and I have to make arrangement for electric supply. If that is the case, then why was I not told about this at the time of booking the service? Why does HiCare advertise that they bring your own generator? Does this not amount to misguiding customers? It was quite frustrating and disappointing.
HiCare had mentioned that they provide steam cleaning of car parts. HiCare persons never brought the equipment to steam clean. If this was the case, then why was I not informed accordingly? Is this not again misguiding customers? It is again thoroughly disappointing.
My overall first experience with this cleaning service was absolutely unacceptable. Not only will I not ask service from HiCare again, but will not recommend it to anyone, and will try to prevent my friends from approaching HiCare for any kind of cleaning services.
