We have asked for cockroach control to our kitchen. But they don't have policy for a room.
So, we had no choice but to take package for whole flat. After their service, cockroaches use to come back within 3-4 days. In their service feedback call, I have complained about it.
After that my pathetic experience started. In every week I use to get call from Mumbai whether service had been made or not.
After I say No, they use to mention that they are very sorry and forward it concerned dept. It continued for a month. Then from local office somebody called and set appointment at a specific date and time. Within 3 days, they called and changed the time.
On schedule day, nobody arrived. Again the whole cycle started - getting call from Mumbai, then from local office etc. etc. After 3 months of their service, nobody bothers to visit our flat once. Better to use Hit or something from market, rather than using Hicare service.
