Termite Protection service for residential flat in
Sector-22, Dwarka, New Delhi-110077
The Flat was inspected by Mr Sanjay Jangid(85870 33371) on 5th May 2017,
enquiry no. 04-05-2017-1368(attended by Mr Vishnu Kharche)
The flat was treated with Agenda-25 on 7th May 2017.

For a flat of 100 sq.mt. about 300 mL of the Agenda-25 was used. The chemical was brought to my flat in an open bottle, i.e. the seal was broken, before the bottle reached my flat, this raises doubts about quality of the Agenda-25 used in my flat.
As per the brochure of Agenda-25(downloaded from website of Bayer), 1200mL of Agenda-25 should be used for a flat of 100 sq.mt. Therefore the quantity of 300mL, used was only 25% of the required quantity.
Majority of the holes were drilled at 45°, however some of the holes were drilled at minus -45°. This defect was not rectified even after repeated requests.
The above three factors have compromised the quality of the termite protection.
The matter was discussed with Mr Sanjay Jangid on 7th May and was again discussed about two weeks back.
As advised by Mr Mr Sanjay Jangid, the issue was discussed with Chandan Sharma(750 3382 626), about two weeks back. He promised to find a solution to the issue. However there has been no feedback from him.
Solution to the quality issue is awaited.
