Hi guys today am going to review on herbalife afresh drink.Afresh is an energy drink.This is used in replacement of tea or coffee in morning for refreshment it gives more energy than tea and coffee in evening and morning. Just 1small spoon mix in hot or cold water.It contains proteins, carbohydrates and no fat. It has different flavours I use lemon regularly and am using from 6months.My suggestion is to have it before having herbalife shake
