I was recommended help chat by my brother for booking cabs and recharging and for ordering. Then I started using this for booking a cab.cash backs are given but they should be used only for recharging which is the biggest disadvantage. The cab is not tracked properly and intimation regarding upgrading the cab is not given properly. There is very less time limit, given for using the cash backs .cash backs and deals are good only for first cab booking, first recharge but the offers and cash back are very low for, subsequent bookings or orders. I was denied by the help chat for using the cash backs and offers for no reason and when I mailed them . They had no reason for Denying offers to me . they told me that my activities are suspectible even though I haven't done any irregular activity on the app. Features like ola share is not available and we have to login again to our ola account while booking a cab if we want to book a cab through helpchat.prime or sedan cabs are also not shown even though they are available.and for recharging all the amounts available for recharge for that operator are not provided
