I can't imagine how an ethical Bank like HDFC bank can mis sell a product like this. I called the call centre to redeem reward points under my superia card 4854 9913 0004 5332. That executive put through the redemption transaction and upgraded my card to All miles card without any charge. Now after 2 weeks I get the SMS that my reward points are not sufficient as not transferred to new card.
After that I told the call centre girl to cancel the new card as not activated till now and continue with my old card and reward points. Now she says it is not possible. This is just unimaginable that HDFC bank sells a product like this.
