I opened my demat account on 27th Nov 19 after more than 2 months of my submission of application. Today i.e. 2nd Dec 19 I have requested them to close my account. The reasons: their staff is very arrogant and uncooperative. I live in Delhi and my account was mapped in Mumbai. Repeated calls to my RM always left only one answer:'will call back". Repeated requests to map my account in Delhi was declined. Immediately deducted account opening charges from my account without authorization.
Big clientele base has made them non-flexible, arrogant, costly and non caring with poor services.
I advice all aspirants to look for Kotak Securities, Zerodha, Samco(with fantastic investment ideas) with least cost expenses.
