I would like to share my personal opinion on this company. actually I heard a lot about this company and I found that this company is very genuine company. this company provides very dedicated services to the costumers. and their claim settlement and costumer support is always very good.
1.customer service=>
this company have a very big team of good talented persona which are dedicated to provide outstanding service and support all the times. there is no compromise from the service and support. although this company have many services like virtual assistance, email facility, call center etc.
2.claim settlement=>
if we talk about claim settlement of this company that is excellent all the times. they provide very fast claim settlement. you will never face any problem in claim settlement. they provide both cash and bank transfer claim services.
3.premium=>
hdfc provides many premium payments options you can pay according to your facility either from net banking, credit debit card etc. on the other hand other companies do not provide such options
4.range of plans=>
their plans are very good for and they have plans for all age group people.
at last I would like to say people should chose a ideal insurance company and they should invest their money at the right place and I think hdfc is the best.
