We recently opened Current account in this Bank for vat payments.
The merchant payment was unsuccessful many times.
We had enough balance in our account , and security questions were answered correctly.
Mobile OTP was not recieved on time so session got timed out.
For whole day we could not make payment for our cilents .
Eventually we had to shift funds to other bank account and make Vat payments.
