My experience with this bank is not very nice in which we had applied for a home loan of Rs 15 Lacs and initially their manager told us that we are fully eligible for the loan and we will get the money in our account in 7 days. We then took a list of all the required documents and completed all of them. On our next visit they told us that few more documents are required and then the story kept on repeating.
On our 7th visit to the bank they told us that we still require few more confirmations and documents and you will only get 7 lacs as a loan. We in frustration told them that we do not want to go for the loan as the attitude is not at all professional. We then ended over file there only.
HDFC has a strong market presence with branches and Atm’s in almost all cities of the country but still the way they deal with their clients are pathetic.
