My experience with Hdfc bank and their services has really been amazing. Me and my family have bank accounts in a nearby hdfc bank located in dilshad garden where I live and its been almost a decade since we have had those accounts. Hdfc provides their customers with personalized experience, treatment and service. Their managers and staff are always too cool and generous with everyone.
Some of the perks of being a longtime hdfc customer are as follows
( 1) Pre approved loan with low interest rates. Yes, if you maintain enough transcation in your bank account they will give you pre approved car and personal loans with no documentation required. I know other banks provide loans on customer relationships too but hdfc is just too generous to their longtime clients.
( 2) If you lose your debit or credit card your card will be blocked in just two minutes of reporting it. New card will be delivered to your house withing two days.
( 3) I use a regalia credit card and its probably the best credit card in India. The perks and benefits of it are just endless. You can just go on a huge shopping spree and you know you are going to get discounts on everything.
Some of their services I have used over the years are a couple of car loans, many personal loans, net and phone banking, regalia and diners credit card and hdfc health insurance. Summing it all up I feel very satisfied and secured being a customer of Hdfc bank for so long.
