I have an account in the HDFC which is one of the private bank. The customer service is really very bad.In that bank
I have the inernet banking too. The phone banking available is ok. The ATM service is also ok. The Only issue with
this bank is the customer service . The customer service is very bad. Recently have gone to the bank regarding a complaint.I have written in a paper and given to the official. The issue have not been resolved still now.
