HDFC bank is not a user friendly bank to do transactions at any preferred location branch for you. Whatever you want to do other branches except home branch, all will be charged and they ask us to go to home branch everytime for any transaction so I ask a question to HDFC why do they have branches? is that for just showoff?
and I experienced another problem which is they will not be having sufficient cash in all branhes if you want more hard cash and u need to wait until they get money.
