Hi,


If you are trying to find which private bank is good for you then HDFC is ''NOT'' one.


I had to go with HDFC because my employer chose it but ever since it was counter productive to go with this bank as I have to spend lot of time on phone trying to reach customer service or hearing their shameless cold calls.


I have bad experience in each and every service they offer. The latest being getting access pin replacement. I have requested to reset and send my I-Pin on Nov 29 2005 and as of Dec 20 2005 I have not received it. When I call their customer support I am told that it takes ''10 working days'' for getting pin sent to me but I wonder if their 10 working days is 30 Calander days?.


If I need to do any transaction I have to go to branch and there they charge undue fee which I could have avoided if banking through Internet
