I am maintaining the salary account in HDFC bank for the past 1 year and till now there was no hidden charges that has been withdrawn from my account and also the customer service of the HDFC bank is well and good.


They don’t hesitate to provide the service in terms of deactivation of the account. They are processing as soon as possible if everything is perfect. I have visited the Koramangala branch in Bangalore for deactivation of the Demat Account and I have filled the form on 20th August, 2015 and they told me that it will be processed within 10 to 15 working days. I too thought that they will not process and they have processed within 6 working days and my demat account got deactivated.


I am very much satisfied by keeping an account with HDFC bank and also they are periodically providing our bank updates via SMS and email. So it is easy to track the changes in my account. The website maintenance and mobile app maintenance is very good.
