I joined an employer and got a HDFC Bank Salary account. Have always experienced smooth banking with HDFC.
I remember an instance where I was charged 290/- for withdrawal of 55K with the non home branch. And thats when I had to walk up to the manager and ask for the reversal as the front desk denied. Manager explained that it was non home branch withdrawal and the charges cannot be reversed. I updated Manager that I had placed the request to the front desk for the salary to saving account conversion and for the change of the home branch.
The Manager assured me that he will have the charges reversed. And it was done in 2-3 working days.I do not recollect any poor experience otherwise. The overall HDFC staff rocks and guides me with different investment plans. I have my most of the investment managed by HDFC only and it is doing well.
