Generally people are scared to use NET banking because of the technology defects on websites of banks.
Well, HDFC bank's online net banking was good but lately I have been finding glitches on their net banking web portal deficient - plagued with errors and statements popping up saying "We are unable to carry out your instruction currently, please try later".
When you try later, nothing is rectified and valuable time is wasted and customers like me are harassed.
What do you do, we have to go the bank and do our transactions.
Again precious time is wasted.
