My experience with HDFC Bank dates about a few years. My experience has been superlative and I highly recommend HDFC Bank to anyone who has any banking requirement. The plus points are:
a) Good ambiance
b) Good customer service
c) All banking services under one roof.
Keep it up HDFC Bank.
I firmly believe that the complaints if any are from competitors who profit from adverse publicity given to the Bank. Of course some complaints are not from competitors and I suspect that they are from chronic complainers. These people will complain - no matter what.
