HDFC Bank has a pathetic system. The Bank only knows how to take out money from your Account. So many charges which you cannot imagine. Their personal banking is the worst ever. Total time waste. Total effort waste. While other Banks discourage visiting branches, they will force you to visit their branch. Again total time wasters of the nation. I shall be closing all my relations with this bank sooner. Customer service, escalation and phone services all are pathetic. Never ever have a account with HDFC Bank.
