The most pathetic bank.the interest rate has reduced to 8.4, but the bank wants me to pay to reduce from 9.7 even though I have selected floating rate. I don't understand y should anyone have to pay for reducing the interest rate. I would have agreed had I opted for fixed rate. At least axis bank is better in that regard.
