HDFC bank is one of the biggest private sector bank of India. Now I am going to talk about some issues regarding HDFC bank.
First of all is its branch availability, if you are living in a Town so it is difficult to get a branch of hdfc bank over there because they don not have their branches in most of towns and same problem with ATM machines.
I just opened a salary account with HDFC bank and my first experience with HDFC bank was not good . I got a call from hdfc credit card verification team that they are coming to my address for verification and they told me my address details which I mentioned in account opening form and I confirmed it but they didn't come for verification after two days I got a message that our team was unable to reach you. I told them a simple address but they didn't reach on that address and now I am facing problems for my credit card so I am not going to recommend anyone to open account with HDFC bank.
