I agree fully. Recently service standard at hdfcbank has gone down. My society has a prefered banking account with them at lansdawn road branch kolkata. They are in habit of issuing deposit receipts after 15-20 days.
Recently one cheque for a small amount was returned, matter was reported to the branch manager and he assured that this will not happen again. same cheque was returned again so I have decided not to put any deposit with them.
We have withdrawn 37 lakhs from the account in anger against bad service.Inspite of this branch manager or customer care department is not bothered as they get hefty salary for doing no customer service.I am going to ask hundred of person whom we know and are members of our society not to bank with hdfc as it had become too big to care for customer.
