This is the 1st company I came across where an employee has no rights. Even if you go to HR for any help, they refuse to listen or does not help at all.
I was an employee at HCL Tech, Noida and requested HR team for an early relieving due to health issues, My notice period was 3 months, but HR team refused for an early release. They started to threaten me by saying " Early relieving of even one day will be marked as absconding".
I requested HR team and by managers to release me early and I will pay the full and final. Still, HR team didn't help. I was told to serve my complete notice period of 3 months or I will be marked as absconding and will be given a negative feedback to all future companies.
In short, HCL treat you as a bonded slave not an employee.
