I want to share my opinion about the HCL laptop I purchased last year.
I am very disappointed with the product I have to face many disappointments due to the foolish laptop. my laptop was working properly it in theIn the initial days but within a month I noticed problems in its touchpad I went to service centre of HCL but they told me that a cell laptop is part or not easily accessible so I have to wait for a month to fixed to get fixed it.
But the problem still presents from that time it’s not working properly I think it’s your laptops are quite heavy in weight then others Another drawback of HCL laptop is that there may be some issues which would not be easily amended by the user requiring technical expert it is quite user-friendly but I think it doesn’t make it a good choice anyway I think actually is just name not else I want I would not recommend it others to choose HCL laptops
