Purchased water heater installed with 7 yr warranty. Though product is used sparingly due to irregular stay in flat but after less than 3 yrs the heater left working complaint was booked and concerned person came just adjusted the thermostat and started demanding Rs 450/ when asked why this much charges he came down to Rs250/ but issued no receipt and advised that you will receive the same on phone. He demanded the code which I gave. Till now after 10-00 hrs no receipt has been recieved. He advised me to call customer care if charges looks to be on higher side. On calling customer care lady on the other end advised me to contact the same technician and declined to help saying I can't do anything. One can imagine the within warranty period if they can demand Rs 450/ for adjusting thermostat who would like to purchase their product and after taking reduced charges no receipts are issued and customer care are helpless.
