I have bought before 3-4 months, but I have returned and chosen another brand.
After using this I found some issue in it,

The tea/coffee maker has the following issues:
It does not boil water, instead just warms it leading to poor and incomplete brewing. So the tea remains un-brewed leading to poor colour and flawed flavour.
Filter mesh is too wide and does not hold the tea leaves or coffee powder, so you would need additional filter
The thermostat turns off too quickly and does not warm the content properly leading to wastage of coffee and tea leaves
This product does not even hold good to boil or heat the water enough to make tea or coffee and thus is a bad design. I never expected such a bad product from Havells. Had to return the product immediately
