We are using Hathway cable TV from 10 years in Bangalore, first, it was the analog type where cables were coming to TV directly and also cable used to cut off for hours because of repair work, cables damage, rain, and wind. Their service is also pathetic when you cal;l service center number that is always busy.
After converting to set-top box there service hasn't improved, there is at least 2 -3 hours cable cut daily because of repair work and power failure.
They also increased the price for the channels to 400 rs and their picture and video quality are bad. I would suggest you to go for any other DTH operator for best service and good quality content.
