I bought the Hathway setbox for 1800/- rupees.
I used Hathway setup box 2 years before buying tata sky.
Picture quality is poor and broadcasting interrupts when ever there is rain and heavy wind.
Customer care people will not respond properly and don't speak politely also.
Got cheap quality remote control changed twice in my two years of usage.
To top my account faced issues like failed while paying payment.
Sometimes broadcast got stopped for few days, then I called the service people they told me that
setup box will not work and I need to buy a new box.
Please don't go with such a low quality products and waste your money. I hope with my review at least few recognize
and save money.
