I was using hathway and I had very bad experience with the conncetivity and speed.
Many times I use to complaint them but they will not respond in a proper way. One of their guy will come and check the speed and do some changes and he confirms it will be fine in some time. But after an hour or so it repeats the same.
The plan and speed they promise to give, they didnt commit to that at all. Not even a single day I got the speed that they have mentioned at the time of connection.
Even the customer care was not much supportive. Atlast I decided to change the connection, which I did successfully.
